Wellbeing with Mindfulness Practice

During Term 3, in the Mindfulness sessions we have practiced turning our attention to our experience of eating, listening to sounds close and far, the movement of energy in the body after shaking our hands and stamping our feet, and lots more. Taking some time to notice these simple things in life can be very soothing. Participants have described feeling "calm", "peaceful", "lighter".

I will continue to offer wellbeing practices in Term 4, time to be confirmed.
