Regular Mindfulness Practice Opportunities for your well-being

You are warmly invited to come and share in a supportive community practice, where we take a break and offer a kind and curious attention to our everyday experiences.

The format will be:

  • a short talk, poem, reading, or video from Kara to inspire;

  • a guided secular mindfulness practice (or two);

  • guided inquiry into our experience.

Time: Every Thursday in Term 3, 6 - 6:45pm
